1、总原则：听前看选项，携带问题去听，听得时候要掌握抓重点。
2、边听边记笔记或者边听边做题。借助每个小问题之间的间隔时间，大概有13秒左右，可以参考重点信息，做题。
3、只须听到可以确定答案的题目就不需要听问题了，直接选。
4、长对话出题顺序基本和行文顺序一致，抓住首尾部分，对那些对话双方多次提到的词汇或内容进行重点记忆，最后一题常常是针对对话的结尾设题，必须要找准其中的重点动词。英语六级听力方法和办法有什么?划重点了!正确选项总是与原文相似，或是原文的同义表达。
5、听力篇章文章中重复率非常高的词语或者定义一般就是短文的主题，听到什么就选什么。

复习六级，@沪江英语四六级公众号建议最好是好好把考试真题多听几遍，天天坚持听1套考试真题听力，每次大概30分钟左右，至少要听3遍：
第1遍：先听，做题。先把答案选出来，不确定的题就先做个记号，剖析时可以重点听。
第2遍：对答案，剖析错题。重点听刚刚标注的地方，直到听懂意思，剖析干扰选项，可以直接把错题缘由拿红笔写在题旁边。
第3遍：训练精听。反复听考试真题听力，听清单词和句子，可以边听边写，写完后对照原文，查出里面的生词，弄了解原文意思。然后再对照听力原文进行跟读。模仿发音和语调，跟上语速。
